Help:( doctor says ovarian cyst

Hi there, so I have been having a lot of issues. 5 months ago I started having symptoms of severe pelvic pressure, on the bladder...nausea, exhausted and never any energy, my periods were lighter and did not last as long, Becoming so horribly bloated that I looked pregnant. I was so sure that was what it was, my boobs even are bigger. Several tests and even blood tests have said negative, so they did both normal and vaginal ultrasound. I didn't get my results for a month. Now I'm extremely bloated again, feeling movement, like rolling, popping and kicking sensations inside all over from my pelvis to my ribs. Yesterday they finally said my results showed only one cyst on the right ovary. They didn't tell me the size, nothing. Is this really all from one cyst? I'm so worried, I still feel pregnant. I just need reassurance that I am not I guess.

Perhaps you are me in reverse! I have problems with my bowel which has eventually become diverticular disease. When I was getting all that you detailed above they kept blaming the bowel problem until I insisted on further investigations and they found a large cyst. As I say may be you are the other way round and what looks like a cyst is a bowel problem. Ask for further investigations. Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you <3 I will do so. My mind is running away with me and i keep getting worried I'm pregnant, but they would have found that with the ultrasounds they did. Feel like I'm going crazy. Thank you for your help smile

Ovarian cysts can cause bowel and stomach upsets so it most like is the cyst. How big is it, were you told? It could be pressing on your colon and causing all these syptoms. I had bouts of diarreah alternating with constipation before mine were were removed. Also had both ovaries and tubes removed as I'm 73 and don't need them now! rolleyes Go for removal of cyst if you're offered, otherwise I would push for them to do that. Good luck. smile

Thank you. I appreciate it. They never told me exactly how big it was. I figured it was maybe gas build up or somthing too. It feels like kicking around my belly button and pelvis. So I got all freaked out. But like I said if they only found a cyst and not a baby well then there is no baby there causing it lol. This is just so frustrating. I'm always uncomfortable. There is never any break from it. I definitely will be asking them to get rid of it. I need peace, haha.

Also did you ladies experience any abnormalities with your periods? Mine are only lasting two days. They're not spotting. They're decently heavy. Just not lasting very long. This is unusual for me as mine usually last 5 days.
