Help - Doctors missing serious issue?

Posted , 1 user is following.

Hi all. I've been having digestive issues for about 2-3 years now, mostly persistent nausea (not really any specific food trigger), abdominal pain/discomfort, and constipation and diarrhea (mostly constipation).

I recently had an endoscopy which showed irritation and mild chronic inflammation of my lower esophageal sphincter "secondary to acid reflux". This was followed by a colonoscopy that doctor and pathology reports suggest was totally normal; however, whitish lesions are visible on colonic tissue in photos from the procedure. I'm not a doctor but this doesn't look like normal tissue. Perhaps these are small, flat polyps rather than raised protruding ones, or some type of ulcer? Does anyone have any clue what these might be? Anyone ever heard of anything like this?
