These tiny bumps appeared on my inner lip, it doesn't itch but I am having a lot of discharge (clear but sometimes yellowish). I have never seen anything like this before so I am really scared! does anyone knows what this is????

These small white grainy spots are known as Fordyce spots, collections of sebaceous (oil) glands. Nothing to worry about.
