Help down there I’ve been extremely itchy and there is a little red bump

I went to go get tested for stds and bv and I was negative . I did have a yeast infection so I dont know if it is that but I am extremely itchy and it feels like if I scraped myself down there cause it burns a little but it does not burn when I pee. I had cottage like discharge a week ago but it went away and Im left with still being itchy. It seems that I have a little red bump too and it just looks very irriated . Help please! I am very worried and my doctors app isnt soon.
