Help ease My guilty mind

i stupidly slept with an ex ( while in my very loving relationship last year ) yes im awful and me and my fiance have dealt with it . anyways 6 months after the encounter to be safe i got all std blood tests mainky for my current partners sake even though i used protection and all was fine . i have recently been to the doctors for ovary pain and irregular periods , im having blood tests but upon researching i remembered 10 years ago i had one abnormal hpv result while with the ex i happened to sleep with last year ... my question if he was the reason i bad hpv ten years ago would i of contracted it again last year? should i ask for hpv test or since 90 percent of people clear the virus does it mean it would not be present ten years on . i dont understand if im over thinking due to the guilt or if i have reason to request a pap .
