Help, ever since I got nexplanon something’s been wrongn

i got nexplanon about 3 months ago, everything was fine up until a couple weeks in i became very dry and itchy around the outside of my vagina. I thought it would go away, but it didnt. My doctors said it was normal due to change in hormones yada uada. A month later aka now, nothing has changed. Its gotten so bad that the itchy areas bleed due ot how drt and itchy it is so i take a look at it for the first time and i see about 4 small sores or bumps around the itchy area and now im really concerned... not to mention the excess thick white discharge doesnt help . Its been happening since i got the nexplanon, it doesnt smell okay or feel okay. Can anyone give me advice on these sores? Ive only had sex with one person which is my boyfriend and hes been a virgin up until now as well so we havent jad past partners. Advice please 😦.imageimage
