HELP! Face throbbing and ear pressure for 2 years

My story starts 2 years ago where i had a migraine for 4 months straight. With this came facial numbness and ear pressure. Went to 2 ENT doctors and nothing was found: 1 neurologist and nothing was found: rheumatologist and nothing: Had CT of sinuses and it was clear: Had MRI of head and that was clear: Had MRI for TMJ and that showed a little in one joint. Went to specialist and had a splint made, but nothing changed: Had eyes checked: Had teeth checked and x-rayed.

Cheeks feel as if they are throbbing and my ears feel full all the time. There have been times when it has gone and then it flares up again.

Been checked for Bells Palsy, Lyme and Menieres Disease. Everything normal! I cant stand it anymore! anyone with similar symptoms??

    hi Nikki ive got something similar in a sore ear and head pressure. It seemed to start a few months ago when i fiddled with my ears which i have a history of Docs say everything looks good incl the ears had an MRI but i still feel bad. have you had any improvement?
