Help falling asleep & staying asleep

I have tried everything!!!! Regular sleep/wake times, regular exercise, limiting coffee, limiting blue light from devices, cool room, relaxing bedtime routine blah blah blah. And I still cannot fall asleep!! Sometimes I am awake for three-four hours before finally dozing off and sometimes I fall asleep but then wake up a few hours later and am unable to go back to sleep for the entire night. I need help. Over the counter sleep aids don't work, melatonin gives me diarrhea, and I don't have the luxury of sleeping in in the mornings. Does anyone have suggestions or can anyone relate?? Thank you.
