Help for my daughter

Can some of you taking the entyvio infusions with budosemide for Crohn's offer any help for me? Did you experience any side effects and if so for how long? My daughter just received her second loading dose and tired, joint pain, stomach pains ear pain but she isn't congested or have an infection. How long did people's side effects last? As you receive more infusions do they get worse, better or the same? She has Crohn's in her small bowel and 17.

I have been taking entyvio for ulcerative colitis for over a year now.  It was the first drug I have ever taken that put me into remission.  I have had 0 side effects from it.  It does not a while to start working though.

    Hello

I have Colitis and have had two entyvio infusions. The first infusion I had sever headaches that only lasted around 20 minutes each time but several times a day for three days and with the second infusion which was two weeks ago I had difficultly breathing and chest pains for around two days and now I'm experiencing exhaustion and a sore body. I didn't receive the sever headaches this time round though.

It's hard to determine the difference between stress, the disease and the side effects.

Good news is I'm finally seeing relief from this horrible disease.

    Is your daughter seeing relief?

Make sure you keep a diary and report all side effects to your nurse and specialist. As this is a new drug I believe they are recorded everyone's experiences.

Hopefully the side effects start to ease for her soon.

Not saying that I know it is not the medicine, but when I was on remicade I had similar things, but then I still had them when I got off.  I think it was just effects of the disease.
