Help !! Genital warts?

Posted , 7 users are following.

I have small bumps in my vagina. They’re itchy and I’m having discomfot. I’m so scared I feel like it might be genital warts but really hoping in my heart that they’re not. All of this is making my stomach hurt and stressing me out so much. I’ve made an appt for a Pap smear so anything abnormal should show up on the test but I want to see if anyone had the same problem and ever found out what it was?

Looks like HPV. Yes get it checked out. If they are just genital skin growths they could be removed.

Could be warts but more likely to be vestibular papillomatosis (which is quite common, and isn't an STI).  Definitely worth seeing a doctor about, but even if it is warts, they're usually quite easy to treat, and the types of the virus that cause genital warts aren't normally anything to worry about.  Warts are embarrassing, but not a major health risk.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  They may not be sure themselves btw.  Good luck.

I do have the same. And mine was more in the labia and I was diagnosed genital warts. But I had second opinion to gyno. And were still waiting for my papsmear result. Mine was more bit longer and they dont have pain, itchiness and unsual odor. I just found it out last week.
