About a year ago i saw some really small clear/ yellowish lumps near the opening of my vagina so i went to the doctors (you should be able to see them in the photos). But I have just taken a picture just to see what is happening as i havent checked in a while, and now I am really scared because I dont think it looks normal. Are these internal genital warts??

I have this too. Please tell me if you ever got it checked out. Is it okay? Ive had the exact same thing you have for years. I have had pap smears and exams with them there, and no gyno has ever, ever said that I had anything wrong down there, or any abnormal results. So I think its normal. It looks weird to us, because we want our vaginas to look healthy to our partners and to ourselves, of course. I understand your worry, honey. I do. Im insecure every time I have a partner who wants to go down on me. No man has ever even noticed it being different. I dont think its as big of deal as you think. you can get them removed, but beware, its extremely painful and leaves little scars. Im getting mine removed, IF my insurance will pay for it. Im making an appointment tomorrow.
