HELP: GENITAL WARTS? Pictures included

i have recently noticed these markings when i stretch my skin, they're white and kinda bumpy but not sore or itchy at all. i had the hpv vaccine when i was 13 but im so confused and just want to know what this is as im getting worried. i can also feel a small pea like lump on my cervix. They're symmetrical on either side of my labia and aren't anywhere else. I have researched and they could be fordyce spots but i feel like these are quite extreme? image

    Sebaceous glands line the inner linings of the labia minora. Common in both male and female.
