Help guys, Is that a skin tag on my nipple or a mole/wart? Is it safe to remove it?

Looks like a skin tag and on male breasts they are often caused by rubbing on your clothes. You should see your doctor or dermatologist for removal and that way you get a biopsy to be on the safe side.

It is super small. i say a mole.
