ok so I'm having some problems around the anus area as in itching,bleeding and pain when passing stool and pressure once finished. I'm not sure if its hemorrhoids,anal fissure or even cancer tbh as I'm unable to get to the doctors at this time. I've included a photo of the area.
Any help is appreciated thanks.
