HELP HELP HELP. I have no idea what's going on. I think it's a yeast infection?

ok so i noticed like yelllowish discharge and then these like fungus looking things on the opening of my vag. I'm scared and this is the first time this had happened. these fungus things are like eating away at me and causing cuts. I don't know if its a yeast infection or not. I've had only one partner and I'm active. but I don't think it's stis. please please help. I'm going to the doctor tmrw about it. will update.image

    to me, those seem to be sores but i could be wrong. to be 100% safe, getting a swab test is the only way to know for sure.
