Help help I'm at my wits end, last bit of hope

recently I checked my vagina reason being its hasnt felt right for a while but I do have 5 kids 4 being vaginal births and my last was march 2018 and to be fair that was half hour from start to finish so wasnt expecting to see anything pretty there but then wasnt expecting to see the lumpy bumpy mess it does look, I have a new partner that doesn't have kids and I'd b mortified for him to c my down stairs looking as it does 😦 is this normal or shall I see a doctor can it b corrected, I have been through the internet looking for answers this is my last bit of hope I will put picture in comments. thank u
