Help!!! Herpes or ingrown hair??

hi. i need help i dont know if this is hsv or pimple due to ingrown hair? can anyone help? i havent been sexually active for about 2 1/2 months which was with my now ex. it appeared after a night out wearing a thong i was sweating etc... didnt feel anything till examing myself down there which i do often. it only hurts when pressured is applied but its more like a tender feeling instead of pain, but idk im kinda scared so if anyone could help identify that'd be great. thank you!

    i do not think its an infected hair follicle, it appears to have to many tops, as to what it is?????

      what do you mean by to many tops ? if you dont mind me asking .. do you think its herpes?

    in the first Photo, there seems to be about 5 small heads with the one big one

    in the 4th Photo, there seems to be 5+ sites where there were heads

    i'm not saying its herpes, im not sure what it/they are

      this does look like herpes. they started off as blisters that have popped and began to heal. you should have them swabbed to be sure but in my opinion this looks like a classic hsv outbreak. if you have them swabbed too late your test can come back false negative. i dont mean to scare you but it is best you know your status believe me the stress you feel will be lifted from you regardless of the outcome. even though you have been sexually inactive you could have contracted it months or years ago.
