they don't hurt to touch just rough...some of them have hairs coming out of them the ones at the top don't..i think i recall them starting off as just white spots and the ones that haven't formed yet have white spots in the middle..i have some near the pubic area with hairs in them as well..

they do resemble genital warts. bur genital warts are not supposed to have hairs in them. so make sure thats the case. also if theyre spreading or are poppable look up mallescum contagiosum. i think it also resembles that as well. regardless this doesnt look like a skin tag or ingrown hairs. get checked and stay safe!
