Help HIV

I think I got HIV. I had unprotected sex with a guy who said was negative and on prep but do not know him well . I was active and the penetration lasted less than 2 minutes. Pulled out. There was no ejaculaction. Two days after I developed swore throat, swollen lymph nodes, aches and low grade fever at most 37.3. Aches persisted for 2 weeks all the other symptoms were ok after 2-3 days. I mentioned to my doctor and said that acute hiv is unlikely 2 days after. I am very scarred. opinions ?
