hi everyone

finally went under the knife. thank god only impinged and frozen. tendons were fine ish .

still struggling with motion due to frozen. they would not believe me until i was sedated and the could not raise my arm in the air.

now scouring doctor google for rehab. have set up a mini gym in the garage and purchased resistance bands x 5. sets of small weights 1 up to 5 kg. bench.

wall bar ( not needed yet ) and a very big hi fi for the garage lol. now fighting getting strength back and motion. surgeon wanted me back at work 4 weeks post. cannot lift arm safely as i am a carpenter and its all heavy work and twisting with doors and worktops and kitchens

any ideas from what you lot have gone through. i even got a hot tub out of the wife for therapy lol

i do not want to do what i have gone through injustice and mess it up
