Help! HSV? pic posted

Ive been with my fiance for 4+ years and no question about infidelity on either end. Prior to entering this relationship we were both tested for STDs though looking back I doubt they tested for HSV as I had no concerns.

5 days ago after a workout I noticed some vaginal discomfort which I attributed to friction/chafing from my workout. No itching, burning or tingling & no other symptoms. 3 days ago I noticed one single raised bump to my labia minora which hasn't changed in appearance since. I am going to get it checked but I'm terrified it is HSV...

Has anyone experienced a really delayed presentation of HSV with just one bump?? image

I went to the walk in & asked for blood work to be drawn just to be 100% but the doc said it was pointless and was she sure this wasn't herpes.... I'll keep monitoring.

She didn't offer any explanation as to what it was otherwise though....
