Help I don’t know what these bumps on my tongue are

hi I'm 24 female and i have these weird bumps on the back of my tongue, I've been diagnosed with low strain of hpv back in april of 2022. i only get 2 small warts on my private part, I've been with the same guy for almost three years now and before i was diagnosed with hpv this April i was giving him oral sec without protection....now I've noticed these bumps on my tongue, im just really scared! whenever i brush my tongue these bumps stick up and then lay flat when not brushed image i don't know what to do at this point they don't hurt they are just there, please help me ease my stress, i see my dentist on the 19th of November but i cant wait any longer. thank you

    hopefully your dentist has allayed your fears. these look like normal anatomy for the back of your tongue. if they hurt or worsen an oral surgeon can check them to make sure not oral cancer etc
