Help, I don't know what this is.

Hello,

I recently noticed that I had those small white lumb on my penis shaft and didn't really paid attention to it, until now. They do not give me any pain, discomfort or anything. I looked up online to see if there was any answer to no avail.

So I am hoping that someone can please help me and inform me of what it is and If I need to seek a doctor straight away or if it's a reassuring answer.

I am quite scared and wish to know what I need to do next.

thanks

What this could potentially be depends on whether you have been sexually active recently, and if you have been, did you use a condom if you had penetrative sex? Have any of these lumps or spots burst and a liquid came from it?

Also, at the bottom left of your photograph your penile skin looks quite dry and even chaffed - so I am wondering whether you have skin problems elsewhere on your body?

You can quite easily have two separate things or conditions on your penis - if you recently had penetrative sex without using a condom I would suggest you see a Doctor or go to a Sexual Health Center ....

      Hi, thanks for your answer.

Yes, I've been sexually active recently and didn't used a condom. None of them bursted or released any form of liquid. As for my skin, except sometimes having dry skin, I do not have any type of skin problem that I am aware off.

When was that activity? Month ago, 2 months ago or more? Did you have risky sexual activity before that encounter? Those bumps have some of hpv characteristics, but it is impossible to be sure based on pictures. If i was you I would visit a doctor to be on safe side.

The activity was 2 days ago.

Last time I had an intercourse was 6 months ago, and I got tested for STDs during that time too with nothing to be alarmed off.

I shall go to the hospital tomorrow morning then, thanks for your help!

Was that sexual activity from 6 months ago protected or not? It is hard to say what this might be as I can see bumps only from side angle and not directly so it might be genital warts, weird appearance of fordyce spots, etc. Direct view of bumps might help and if your encounter 6 months ago was protected that drops your chance of this being hpv, as hpv wont develop in 2 days. But definetly visit a sexual health clinic or dermatologist to check this up. Until you get confirmation from them on what this is, just ignore that it even exists and dont think of it.
