Hey, seeing as though it looks like you just shaved recently I would say that they're more than like ingrown hairs. From the pic I can see a couple hairs growing into the skin. I would suggest that you exfoliate before shaving and every couple of days to ensure dead skin is shed to combat ingrowns. But in my opinion if you shave your V bald expect that you'll get those sometimes. Trimming is a good alternative (you can get pretty low).

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Hi,

Not Herpes, this is an irritative folliculitis, due to shaving.

My recommendation is to stop shaving for a while, remove any ingrown there is and let the epidermis heal up. Also try shaving in the same direction the hair grows. Another recommendation is to shave with an electric shaver, than shave normally, this greatly reduces the amount of times you pass the blades through the same place.

The Treatment for this will be antiinflamatory antibiotics like Doxicycline, clindamycin but they are not OTC. Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment (Walgreens) can also help you help up faster.

If you have any further questions you may DM me,

    Hugs!!
