HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS PLEASE

im 16 years old a virgin but i have these white spots/bumps near the opening of my vagina /in my vulva it is itchy ive rearched everything online i cant find any pictures to match. i also get a yellow liquid discharge leaking it doesnt smell but it kind of hardens and turns gloopy. i dont know what to do ???? when i went to the doctor she said everything looked normal but she didnt wanna look properly because i was a virgin. its like a clump of small white spots, someone please help i dont want to wait if its something serious!!!

    do they hurt at all? have u ever had oral sex?

      no ive never had oral and no one has ever gotten down there apart from me. if i press on it i guess it'd hurt. if i touch it it doesnt hurt ?? thank you for replying 😃
