Help I feel I'm going insane

I'm 14 and feel like I'm gonna go insane I feel like someone is looking into my brain through my window or looking at me through my nails just listening to my thoughts I'm too scared to tell my parents cause I'm worried about what they might say recently this kid who was about nine was annoying me and I almost lashed out at him and I feel I might hurt someone else who's innocent and I read a bunch of other posts from here seeing how bad every body else is getting and I worry this is just the start I've been in my room panicking for one hour and a half now sometimes I feel mostly normal but sometimes I become like and its getting worse I used to not worry but then I started to feel like my brain was being stared into recently I feel something is forcing the anger into my head I'm scared what do I do

The majority of people on this forum have different things going on in there lives, and some times they may not always post the (Whole picture), there may be drug use or other stress triggers, If you don't mind me asking what's you social life like? do you visit friends much? or talks to anyone about your problems?, also If you don't mined me asking do you take any drugs? even prescription medication?, And your negative thoughts can cause a distress and keep you stuck in the same thought patter, Please reply to this and lets go from there.

There is nothing wrong with you, sometimes we all feel we would clip someone. Generally we are all bright enough to not do it as any implications, can be problematic.
Try not end up with people who suffer from Anxiety, you are growing up and you need to understand how you feel and understand when it is you need a Doctors appointment.
You are under sixteen in the UK, so your parents are responsible for your health problems.
Talk to your Mam if you do not feel well, She is there to help you

My suggestion as soon as you start feeling like this, get out of your room and go make a cup of tea or coffee or just remove yourself from the room. Don't keep yourself locked away. leave your bedroom door open so you don't feel isolated. When we change the way we think the things we think about change!!
