Help!! I had these pimple like things show up a couple days after shaving

these bumps showed up up and at first super itchy then they swelled really bad, started hurting when i kept itching it. and then after popping them they look like this.. me and my partner split five months ago and both had different partners... he hasnt had anything wrong with him and its been just me since being back together.

and then when it first happened i think this might be herpes and im scared.
