Help, I have no idea what I have!

I will try and summarise as much as possible.

4 weeks ago I had what seemed certain to be appendicitis attack.

Strong pain like never before that started near right of navel (from my perspective) and gradually went down closer to kidneys/pelvis.

Sweats, feeling weak, and pale, I arrive at A&E, while in waiting room, the pain just goes away. I get urine, blood tests done, blood comes back absolutely fine, no sign of infection. Appendicitis can be ruled out as it would have shown up.

Frustrated not to have an answer, I went home.

the following 4 weeks, have been just constant days of mild uncomfortable pain in the abdominal area:

-nothing as serious as false alarm appendicitis

-sometimes feels like stitch when you exercise

-sometimes numb

-sometimes in the intestine area

-sometimes stomach

-sometimes below right breast, gallbladder/liver area.

the types and location of pains are just different every day. There are no correlations between the location and what I eat, or my posture, or anything like that. It's completely random.

Secondary noticeable issues :

-I'm feeling very tired, I'm sleeping way more than I usually do.

-I have these back aches now. These odd muscles aches here and there.

-sometimes having hard time breathing, very mild but it's as if something is stuck in my chest sometimes

Additional notes:

-So i eliminated APpendicitis due to blood revealing nothing (although my grandfather apparently had a few false alarms before having the real deal eventually)

-I considered food intolerances...but ruled out,  i've eaten nothing different recently, and I'm getting same reaction regardless of what I eat.

-I've considered Ulcers but not sure.

- I went to see General Doctor who wasn't that helpful, he "guessed" that i had a biliary bug... he put me 5 days on Siprox (ciprofloxacin antibiotics) , i just finished and I feel no different than I did at the start

-I considered gallbladder issues but why would I feel things in intestine, and I should have some sort of heartburn or acid reflux which I know very well and I definitely don't have that.

- I feel weak + nauseous at times but not remotely close to vomiting

- I am CONSTANTLY bloated stomach wise and have not lost any weight.

-I'm seeing a Gastro specialist on the 6th, earliest booking but it's really dragging on now and I'm looking for any ideas from anyone in mean time.

-Blood test was fine

-Urine test was normal

-My stool is normal, if not on the constipation side. So unlikely to be IBS.

I'm really getting concerned, I am worrying this could be a serious thing. I have had gastroenteritis and other common stomach issues and it's nothing like those.

Not knowing what it is, is worrying me a lot.

I'm hoping to get the doctor to not waste more time and book me in for some scan or some serious testing not your generic testing.

This has been going on for a month pretty much.

ANY help, opinions or advice would be extremely relieving I can tell you that. I don't often get sick like this so 1 month of continuous discomfort and pain is quite stressful to me.

    Hi there mate,

I've got 99% similar symptoms with an attack like your back in April. Nothing is known yet with my case as well. Soo I will have serious tests and will update you. Please update me if your scans/tests revealed anything. Thanks. I am following your case closely now.

Your best bet is to go to a hospital where they have the equipment that independent doctors don't have. They can diagnose and treat promptly.

    Thanks for the input all.

I am seeing a specialist right now will see what he thinks.

Just to reply, no I don’t drink at all.

I’m starting to think it’s  gallbladder related due to the pain below the right breast. MAYbe liver also but I don’t drink so I’d be surprised if I had anything there

Hey mate, what's up? Did you finally identify your illness? Is that a fatty liver and galbladder duct narrowing like in my case?

If your stools are on the constipated side, along with your other symptoms, this could be IBS. With IBS, you can get different types and locations of pain.  I had four different types of pain that moved all over my abdomen
