Help ! I’m in so much pain I cnt sit up I feel like my head will explode

iv been in hosptial for 7 days now !! iv had all the tests and im regular morphine , codien , naproxen and muscle relaxants . im in agony im crying . i feel like my neck is contracting around my throat and up into my head , and then my head is just pure sharp pain all around but at its peak when the contraction is at its strongests around the eyes and temples . my eyes go blurry and temples are sticking up with every contraction/pulsing . i get tingling down my arms and spine and around my head which makes me feels like im suddenly floating .

the doctors are sending me home today with morphine and all the medsand refering me to neurologist as out patient as they dnt belive this is a physical issue . iv hardly eaten as my throat is so tight and it hurts to swollow plus sitting up is just agony unless im totally drugged up . im so lost and desperate for help or if anyone has felt like this before ??

a doctor has wuestioned MS but also migraineseizure

howveer iv been medicated for over a year for migraines and focal seizures for over a year now and bever had an issue so why this total brain break down
