Help I’m not sure if this is herpes or not

the last time i had sex was early september. i got tested yesterday but im really scared. i usually get bumps down there because i have sensitive skin and i wax but nothing like imagethis

i didnt receive or show signs of any symptons. that picture was on saturday morning, image that picture was saturday night. image ; and that picture is once the doctor swabbed it sunday morning. help! i have sensitive acne prone skin , i didnt have any symptons. they dont hurt when walking, i just know theyre there so in uncomfortable
