hi, so i posted on here in may about the same issue which seemed to have gotten far better however my anxiety will not let it go:'(
i am terrified of vulva cancer and have convinced myself that i have it on my clitoris, as i have had this mark for ages
im such a mess, can someone please help to reassure me? im 21 and i do have a gyno appt but waiting for my letter

to note-i have bad health anxiety and it is around my genital area mostly as i was raped by an ex partner
i have been with my current partner for 2 years now and he is so kind and patient with me being so anxious
it doesnt hurt to touch unless i poke about for ages, im such a mess panicking
