no,HIV wont cause bumps on Penis that will last for 4 years, assuming u had sex.furthermore HIV cant be diagnosed based on symptoms u must do an HIV test ,there is a lot of HIV home tests u can do that cost something between 20 to 40 dollars ,i would recommend INSTI antibody Test this will put ur mind at ease

i also advice you to post some photos of the mentioned bumps maybe someone can identify their nature

Harley, what these most likely are is Parafrenular Glands, they could possibly be Fordyce Spots, whichever they are they are totally normal part of the penis - certainly something that has been there for 4+ years is not going to go away and it certainly won't cause you a health problem.

If you have bumps or spots forming on the corona of the head of your penis these are most likely to be Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), again they could potentially be other spots or glands naturally present on the penis, but for most males with bumps on the corona they are PPP.

If you are younger than 26 to 28 YOA then you may develop more spots and glands on your penis in the years ahead - some men have none of these, while others have lots of all the potential spots and glands on their penis.

If you have not had sex then you can simply relax in the comfort that you have NP possibly that you have contracted ant diseases or infections that sexually active males run the possibility of catching, and certainly you have Zero possibility that you have HIV .....
