Help! I think I may have herpes or an infection *Pics*

I was treated for chlamydia about 6 weeks ago and since then I had protected sex once and unprotected oral once. 

I noticed a slit like mark on the very opening of my penis along with a clear discharge every now and then, and it still comes now. I experience no burning when I pee or any other symptoms. It does smell weird down there, but I dont know if thats just because I havent showered or its an infection. Also, I had some slight pain in my right testicle,but its gone now.

I went to the clinic and my doctor told me that theres nothing wrong. BUT WHY IS THERE DISCHARGE? Also i find it hard to believe what she said because I asked if she was sure it wasn't herpes and she said "Oh gosh now you're making me second guess myself." I also had an appendectomy about a week ago and a doctor came to check my genitals and said it looked fine. But again, why the discharge and the weird look?

    When you had chlamydia, did you have the same discharge and feeling? Were you tested again after being treated for chlamydia? They usually advise people to retest, as it may not always clear with the first round of antibiotics.

      I did not test again, I'll do that when I get back home. Thank you. (Im vacating overseas).

      And when i had chlamydia, the discharge was yellow/green and it burned to pee. Discharge is clear now and there's no burn.

      Only a guess here, but perhaps the meds got rid of most of it, but not all, or the chlamydia cleared but you have a lesser form of bacterial urethritis picked up from the same encounter that didn't clear with the same meds. NSU or NGU is a thing with guys (you can Google it).

      Wow Interesting. So i would need to be treated again? And that might be it because the day before I got tested Is when I first noticed the slit developing at the tip.

      I can't say anything for sure and am only guessing about the above, but it doesn't seem like herpes (I honestly couldn't see anything much in the photos!) and it is probably not a coincidence that you were recently infected with chlamydia and had similar symptoms. So yeah, I would retest and see how that goes.

      There no other areas around my penis where I see a possible sign of infection. Its only on the tip where there is any sign, the tip seemed more swollen in the photo. It seems to go down then become more inflamed at times.

      I have to wait 3 days though because Im on vacation overseas. I'll be sure to let you know.
