yep. however, you can also visit your GP so that s Doc can evaluate it in real life through observation.

What you see are completely normal, most people refer to these as Fordyce Spots - you may have a mixture of Fordyce Spots and Sebaceous Glands that are really prominent and look very similar to the Fordyce Spots.

Some Glands may have hairs and others may not

Rather than answer your question let us look in detail at what these could potentially be: -

Have you ever had unprotected penetrative sex or received oral without protection?

When did you first notice these in the the photo you have just posted?

Have you actually had a medical professional assess what you have on your penis?

Its been long time already i think 2007 but it doesnt itch or causing discomfort. Its just there when u stretch the skin u will see the bump. Yup im sexually active before. And i already had my checkup in 2 doctors they said its normal. But what do u think sir?

Okay, you say you have seen two doctors and they say it is normal. What you need to realise is that doctors see hundreds of genitals in the course of their work - from their initial training onwards they learn to differentiate between what is normal and what is not, very quickly.

So yes, they can almost dismissively say 'normal' very quickly, and yes the odd mistake is potentially possible - but for 2 doctors to be wrong that is almost unlikely.

Believe what the doctors are telling you.

What you also need to recognise is that if there was a problem your penis would look a whole lot different by now and you would have a whole lot of other symptoms going on by now.

So if you thing this could be genital warts, yes they CAN look a little bit like this, but they burst open and produce a liquid discharge, and then produce scarring - which you do NOT have.

In conclusion, what you see in the photo may look a little different to the normal presentation of what they ACTUALLY are - but the reason you have had them from around 2007 is that they are a completely normal part of the development of your penis.

Hi sir thank u for the explanation, yup that was im thinking about if there was a problem then it would get worse. Since 2007 i never feel dscomfort, itch or scarring and the doctors also said the wart look like a cauliflower thing. Maybe this is ectopic sebaceous gland or fordyce spots. Thank u very much sir
