HELP IM TERRIFIED. small red spot on penis shaft (IMAGES INCLUDED)

Hi, I am a 24 year old straight guy

So heres my story, the last time i had an unprotected sex was in 2014. And its been a year i have had a protected sex(circa May - June 2015). So technically i havent been in bed with a girl for almost a year(SAD I KNOW). i havent took any test so far as i havent got any symptoms until this morning. This morning i woke up with a small reddish spot on my shaft, NO PAIN NO ITCH whatsover, just the spot. Could this be Syphillis? or even HSV 2? But it cant be HSV 2 as there are no pain itch etc unless it is still in the early stages? Any thoughts guys? Enlighten me. Well maybe its just a Hair follicles? I think the closest thing to any forms of Stds is Syphillis.. OR it could very well be HIV after 2 years(or maybe 4) of exposure? Honestly im terrified right now I would appreciate your time and effort.

    oh i did shave my pubic like a week or so ago. Well if that helps......

      Hi it looks like an ingrown hair to me?? It will go on its own. I had one looked like that on my arm pit and went doctor and she said it was a in grown hair.

    Ok I think I am going through the Same situation,I am not sure wether it is genital warts or ingrown hair,I am seeking help as I've had enough looking at them.
