help!! im worried this is HSV

hi, can anyone tell me wether this is herpes? ive got the symptoms of soreness and painful urination. Ive been in my relationship 5 year and never experienced anything like this before. I spent around 6-7 hours in a pool/spa/hottub and this has occured 24 hours after and was unsure if it was related to this. I have ordered antivirals incase but i am still worried please can someone look at the image attached and confirm. also i had a clear PAP smear 4 months ago not sure if this is related but if so do i need to get another? thanks image

    Hi! So i have something like this. i'm going to the doctor to determine what it is. My sister believes it is follucitis. I will update you when i have my results.

    Also, following the hottub thing you can get follucitis from that too.

    This does look concerning in regards to herpetic ulcers
