I have white discharge and once a month my vulva skin turns very white and little wrinkles and bumps come out. then everything clears but after my period happens again. Looks like thrush/yeast infection. Which is a fungal.

Antibiotics are know to cause them. Candida loves to grown in dark warm places. So could be happening after your period due to the use of pads and tampons.

It can also happen due to the change in the Vagina PH. Douching is actually not to good for the vagina, especially with something like Apple cider Vinegar, this is acid and will change the PH. A small amount however is okay in a bath.

Your vagina is built to clean it’s self out. Nothing like soaps or douching mixtures should ever be used inside.

Probiotics and coconut oil will help. Try decrease your sugar intake if it’s particularly high! Ask your health care professional for some oral antifunals like fluconazole. I don’t know if you have pessary’s in your local pharmacies but i found canesten pessary’s to be very helpful!
