Hi Ashley if it’s any consolation I’m the same, woke up after sleeping a short time, heart racing, sweating terrible anxiety,

I have workman in this morning and I think worrying about them coming made the anxiety worse lol, my nervous system is over sensitive at the moment and it didn’t take much to make me anxious lol

My best advice to you is just to go with it, don’t tense and try to fight it, just makes it worse, it’s just an adrenaline surge, dwelling and worrying about the symptoms just keeps it going

Every woman I know going through menopause suffers from anxiety so you’re not alone

Sending you a great big hug, let us know if you need to talk 🐣🐥😘

I also have the bad anxiety, and I get the exact same way.  If there is something I know I need to do that day, or someone to see, the anxiety get so much worse.  I actually do cancel things because of how I am feeling right now.  And if I can't cancel, I fake my way through whatever it is I have to do.

I’ve cancelled lots of appointments and even avoid family and friends at times nanc, it’s ridiculous,

At least we know why we’re being so irrational lol

Need to just keep marching on till we get through this

      Big hug for you 😍
