Help! Infected lump on child’s finger

my daughter had a small lump that looked like a wart. it gradually grew. the doctor prescribed verruca cream which did not work. it is getting bigger and puss comes out of it when you apply pressure. its painful for her and is almost growing fatty tissue around the area. anyone seen this before ? it started a few years ago ans i suspected a small peice of glass went in off her i pad ; drawing ointment has not worked either image
