I'm 25 years old. itch a little if I put my hand. I'm really scared. I had sex without penetration a week ago. saw this yesterday. I have similar dermatitis behind my knee. is it Herpes?

This is the 'oral' kind of herpes, which might manifest anywhere. Do no scratch or touch as it might spread easily. Go see your doctor! You'll need a cortisone cream.
