Help is it my heart or something else?

I been having chest pain and right side weakness. MRI shows fine but a sphenoid infection. I got an echo of my heart and I don't understand the results. Doctor keeps saying panic disorder and fibromyalgia. I have anxiety but I never felt this way before in my life. I get the chest pain then slowly my right side feels heavy and my skin on right side feels cold and my skin crawls/numbness. Doctor said no lupus or multiple sclerosis. What can it be?
