Help? Is this a yeast infection?

Feb 26th I had protected, but semi rough sex with my partner. Days after, my genitals became kinda itchy. I could feel the itch internally sometimes. I went to urgent care and explained my symptoms. The doctor prescribed me Diflucan 150 mg without checking me. I'm still having some slight itching, but there isn't any pain or discomfort. image

this is the type of discharge I have today. does this look like a yeast infection? im going to a clinic Wednesday to get an exam.
