HELP!?! IS THIS EARLY STAGES OF HERPES?

This is urgent and I've been super paranoid after I had a questionable encounter with a female 11 days ago. I was scared because I dont know what I'm looking for and even with all my Google searching I cant seem to find very many early stage photos. I already booked bloodwork and urine for this coming Friday because that's the earliest I could get. Once in a while I get an itch but I'm not a promiscuous person and the itch is in the tip of the penis when it does occur. I've been trying every possible angle and lighting to examine but unfortunately never paid this close attention to detail in terms of knowing my penis head in the past. My doctor said they dont usually test this early for herpes but based on the photo if you zoom into the circled area should I be getting a stab? I have a bad gut feeling and ive been through a lot so please dont sugar coat anything I'm not sure if I could mentally handle it being Herpes after what I've been through I just need to get some opinions I cant tell if its broken blood vessels and because of who it was with I'm jumping to conclusions but I wore protection the entire encounter including when she gave me oral. That being said she was rough and aggressive with it and prior to her my last encounter was with my Ex of 9 years who we have 4 children together and never used a condom. When this recent girl gave me oral I kept the condom on so could it be friction or damage to the tip because I could feel her teeth kind of scraping it during oral. Afterwards I had been pretty vigorous in intercourse as it had been 2 months for me and I'm only 25. Please anyone whose still on these forums give me some insight and opinions. My doctor said they would be extremely painful and burst and they dont usually swab unless there is a sore or lesion. Are these gonna be lesions? early sores developing? Is 11 days too early for the typical herpes sores to be at full size so that I would know a little more? I'm really scared someone please respond.     If you used a condom, especially for oral you shouldn't really be concerned. Your photo doesn't indicate herpes. It could just be a minor skin irritation.
