HELP! is this genital warts or an ucler???

about a month ago i had unprotected sex. I know dumb! 2 weeks later i had inflammation and itching. I was on the verge of starting my period so i assumed it was just ph balance being off. It went away once my period started. Well a few days ago i was feeling uncomfortable and still mild itching. Very very mild on the inside. when i investigated i can see how red i am have lumps that are red. TODAY i notice this..what is this? is this just ulcers from inflammation? im honestly FREAKING out its genital warts.image
