First pic looks like fordyce spots. which are normal.

Unless its something that breaks down to a blister/ulcer and is painful I wouldn’t be concerned.
I would suggest on your needs std check as your Health care facilitator to add a herpes test as they are not routinely tested for.

But if it itches does it break down to a blister or does the skin breaks down!
Look up fordyce dots lots of people has them they are completely normal.

I don’t think it’s a typical hsv outbreak.
There is a portion of people who have hsv and aren’t diagnosed with it because they are asymptomatic or their outbreaks are not like standard outbreaks.
Visually it really just like you have fordyce spots. The irritation and itch could be something like a yeast infection.
If you want 100% closure it isn’t hsv you’ll need to get tested 😃

Yes usually they can go on their own! They are normal though. Dont try squeeze or pop them!
You can get a topical cream from your doctor or some people have some natural remedies. You should look them up!
