Help is this herpes?!

hey guys

struggling a tiny bit as never had this before and its just came up?

its not itchy painful etc?

any help?! image

    Dear bob,

    It does not look like herpes, I think it's punctate balanitis and can sometimes develop after sex with a woman who has thrush (candida). Is this possible?
