Hello so two weeks ago i had oral with a friend so im freaking out there was no symptoms or anything of that nature but yesterday i decided to have a epsom salt bath in which i masterbated shortly after my penis started to feel uncomfortable then it started to hurt and now i woke up to it looking like this.. is this a friction burn or is this something else? Please help
