Help is this herpes?!?!?

I have had only protected sex with my girlfriend who has the hsv2 virus. However, over the last week i have had tingling in my crotch, pain on my shaft and in my testicles, and a frequent need to urinate, accompanied by a slight stinging when peeing some of the times i have to pee. Also note that we did a lot of sexual activity such as masterbation and such, mostly dry so this made judt be irritation from a lot of activity and some form of pain from dry friction. What could this be?!? Any opinions would be appreciated! Note I have no visable symptoms aside from mild irritation in the crotch that wouldnt be considered to look out of the ordinary.

    It is more likely to be a UTI from what you are saying
