HELP. is this herpes?

almost three months ago i had this sore in the entry of my vagina, white like these ones (i dont know if i had this ones at the time, did not confirm and i take medication and they disappear the next day). i went to the gyno and she told it was possible herpes. another gyno told me i had molluscum contagiosum.

i did the igm test for hsv2 with 40 days, was negative and the igg test too.

some days ago, my doctor told me that she believes was not herpes because of the igm/ igg test, but she told me i had a bad candidiasis.

now this appear in my vagina and its a little itching.

can this be herpes and the igm was negative because the anticorpes already disappear?
