im a very active person and i noticed it after i was working out. i had to be smelly and sweaty for a little while (i know gross lol) but is there any way it could be from friction and sweat? i get alot of rashes and stuff between my legs because im a little on the chubby/bigger side its the next day and it still doesnt hurt burn or itch no redness no nothing the are kinda white like they popped and a couple of them are already going away (ive been keeping it dry and putting this healing lotion on it and corton underwear only or no underwear so it can air out.

What area is being photographed? I'll assume the pubic area? Either way it goes, It doesnt look to me like a build up of sweat. you can see the areas where you dont have a hair follicle have a bump. a sweat clogged pore would be where the hair is. it really looks like a herpes rash from what ive seen online. try googling some pictures. i hope its nothing but it looks suspicious. some of the bumps are close together, typical of herpes. it'd be best to just get a test.

its like the area between my thigh and where your vagina ends idk what that would be called. in the pictures i plucked the hairs thinking at first it was a ingrown or infected hair follicle

well in that case i could be wrong and i hope so, but i strongly believe it's herpes. i get ingrowns a lot and they never look like that. the cold sores i get on my lip look similar to what is in the picture, which leads me to be 90% sure it's herpes. take a blood test just to be certain. also maybe try have them swab the liquid inside it for you?
